Below is a list of the Service Fees at K.O. Notary & Live Scan.

Notary Services :

The State of California has established maximum fees for Notarial Services. All of our fees adhere to those regulations.

Fees quoted are for Local Area = Palm Springs to Indio.

General Fees:

° Acknowledgements: $10.00 per signature
° Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $10.00 per signature
° Oaths and Affirmations: $10.00 per signature
° Jurats: $10.00 per signature
° Power of Attorney: $10.00 per signature

Loan Packages - includes local travel:

° Local In-Escrow-Office Loan Signing: $150.00
° 1st Trust Deed Loan Signing (Local area): $175.00
° 1st & 2nd Trust Deed Loan Signing (Local area):$200.00
° E-Doc's fee: +$50.00 per loan doc package

Travel Fees (other than for Loan Packages):

° Local Area: $35.00
° Other areas: Call for quote
° Hospitals: $75.00 + signatures
° Before 7:00am and after 8:00pm: +$60.00
° Local Jails - 2 hours alloted: $150.00

Additional Fees:

° Faxing: $1 per page
° E-Docs $1 per page
° Excessive Waiting Times: +$20 per 15 minutes
° Airport Emergency Notarization: +$100.00 Plus $10.00 per document per signature

Apostille Service :

Apostille - Document Legalization:

First Document................... $120.00 Additional documents ............$75.00

This includes notarizations, travel (to notarize and to County Clerk only) County Clerk fees, Secretary of State Apostille/Certification fees, Express mail service available. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date Secretary of State receives the documents, for processing.

To receive a 48 hour turnaround -Travel to Los Angeles for an additional fee of $175.00.

Federal Issued documents must go through the US Department of State.
